If you wish to purchase a book, please email me first so I can reserve it for you.  Let me know whether you prefer to send a check (my favorite at the moment), or pay by credit card.  If check, I will email you back with my mailing address.  If credit, I'll email you a PayPal invoice.  There is a $5 shipping and handling charge on top of the book price, for priority mail shipping. 

Of course you can also email me with any questions you may have.
